Every living space tells a story; we aim to make this story meaningful with architectural lines. As Özge Mia Arch, we act with an approach that focuses on user habits and also observes contemporary architectural values in the housing, villa and duplex projects we design.
In our projects, the use of natural light, the relationship between interior and exterior spaces, material harmony and spatial comfort are prioritized. In villa and duplex plans, open-plan solutions and fluid interiors that create a sense of spaciousness with functional distribution are preferred. On the exterior facades, a simple but strong stance is targeted; contemporary forms that are compatible with the local texture are used.
Every detail is designed with sustainability, longevity and user experience in mind as well as aesthetics. Our aim is to build not just buildings, but “houses” where we can live in peace.
Dark Concept (Dark Tone Space)
Color Palette: A more serious, sophisticated and luxurious perception is created with dark gray, smoked gray, black and dark wood tones.
Use of Light: Depth is achieved with contrasting light and shadow plays. The warmth is preserved in the niches with LED lighting, but the general ambiance is dominated by a “cool” feel.
Texture & Material: High contrast is achieved with glossy surfaces and modern materials (lacquered cabinet doors, stone textured surfaces).
User Profile: Ideal for single professionals, those who love urban living, or users looking for a more dramatic, assertive living space.
Soft Concept (Light Tone Space)
Colour Palette: A simple and refreshing atmosphere has been created with light beiges, off-whites and natural wood tones. This provides a spacious feeling, especially in areas that allow maximum daylight.
Use of Light: Highly reflective surfaces reflect more natural light, making the space appear larger and lighter than it actually is.
Texture & Material: The sense of warmth is enhanced with matte surfaces and soft texture transitions. An aesthetic that triggers the feeling of “at home” in the user has been achieved.
User Profile: Ideal for young families, individuals who enjoy nature and tranquility, or users who want a minimal but warm living space.
